LOCAL CRISIS RESOURCES
If you live in the Denver Metro area, please continue reading about what to do in case of mental health emergency or crisis.
If you or a loved one is facing a mental health emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room.
If you are in crisis or dealing with one (not imminent danger) outside of your therapy appointment, consider calling Colorado Crisis Services at 1-844-493-TALK(8255) or text “TALK” to 28355 where you will be connected to a trained counselor who can assist you in what to do next. They provide confidential and immediate support, 24/7/365. Their walk-in crisis services are also open 24/7, and offer confidential, in-person crisis support, information and referrals to anyone in need.
